- Eligibility: This promotion is available to both practice members and non-members of our clinic. The $100 offer is exclusively for mothers or expectant mothers aged 18 years and above. The $25 bonus gift card can be used by anyone.
- Main Gift Card Details: Upon purchasing a $100 gift card, recipients may choose one of the following promotions:
- For New Practice Member: Includes an initial visit and a 35-minutes massage therapy session.
- For Established Practice Members: Includes one regular chiropractic visit and a 1-hour massage therapy session.
- Bonus Gift Card Details: When scheduling an appointment, recipients must specify the type of service they intend to use the $25 bonus gift card for. Present the card during your visit to receive credit. The $25 bonus can be applied to one of the following promotions:
- New Practice Member Visit
- Cupping Therapy
- Ultrasound
- Spinal Decompression Therapy
- Established practice member adjustment visit
- Redemption: To redeem, call to schedule an appointment and inform our staff of your intention to use a gift card. No-shows will result in the cancellation of the bonus gift card. One rescheduling is permitted with 24-hour notice.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
