I had shoulder surgery 25 years ago and my shoulder froze. Extremely sore and stiff. I have tried EVERYTHING except surgery, which I really don’t want to do again because the pain never got better. Then I discovered Dry Needling at Vitality and it has helped me the most with pain and mobility. I highly recommend dry needling for old injuries, pain and soreness! Dr Lopez and her staff are absolutely wonderful!

My experience with Dr. Crouse was nothing short of amazing! I have had chiropractic care before, but nothing as thorough as what she did. After my initial adjustment she had me come back in two days to see how my adjustment was holding up. She came up with a comprehensive treatment plan to get me back to feeling my best. Dr. Lopez and her office staff are always super sweet and helpful. I took my 3 month old son in because we were having issues with him going number 2.
