DR. YAMILETTE LOPEZ
Dr. Yamilette Lopez, also known as Dr. Yamy, is a dedicated chiropractor based in Jacksonville, FL, committed to providing exceptional care to individuals and families in the Jacksonville community and beyond. With a profound passion for health and wellness, Dr. Yamy embarked on her journey in chiropractic care after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Microbiology in her native Puerto Rico.
Driven by a desire to educate and empower others to lead healthier lives, Dr. Yamy pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Despite the challenges of balancing motherhood and a demanding four hour commute, she remained steadfast in her pursuit of knowledge, immersing herself in the intricate workings of the human body and the profound impact of chiropractic care on overall well-being. Her dedication to holistic care is deeply rooted in her own experiences as a mother of five young daughters.

Continuing her commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, Dr. Yamy is currently pursuing a Certification in Pediatric Chiropractic through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. López is part of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and holds certifications as a doula and in the Webster Technique, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive prenatal care and support. She is part of the Physician Champion Program, of the organization “Help Me Grow” from the Early Learning Coalition of Duval County; promoting early identification of developmental, behavioral, and educational concerns in children, and providing resources to families.
